The plaque cameos portray the Dying Gaul(after the statue in the Capitoline,Rome),the Bath of Venus, and an image of an industrious Cupid with a pick axe and rocks with the motto “Avec le temps” meaning ‘in time your heart will fall’.The cameo clasp depicts a classical female head possibly Sappho.
