Pristine large scale late c18th mourning ring with an exquisite border of old mine-cut diamonds c.1780.

The central hair panel is goffered, embossed in a tesselated pattern beneath a domed glass.

The reverse of the high carat ring is initialled ADB.

The ring sits in its original red Morocco leather case with silk lining.

Totally original condition,a rare untouched survivor.
