Georgian Pink Paste Earrings

Large foiled c18th pink paste earrings.

Low profile paste with star facetting and silver dogtooth settings.

Deeply chased silver collets.

Likely continental work c.1790, these pink paste buttons are invariably from cloak clasps and are rare to find in good condition.The surface of these pastes are remarkably clean and unrubbed.

Later gold shepherd hooks.

The original fuschia-pink foil is now mottled but the effect is rather charming.
