Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring

Classic old cut diamond late Georgian cluster ring c.1830.

Stunning use of pavé-set old cuts with a larger central stone (20pts) surrounded by 10 smaller old cuts and then an outer border of 14 slightly larger stones. All open backed and set in silver to a carved trifurcated 18 carat gold original shank. The effect is of an endlessly sparkling diamond flower.
