Jane Lorance 1762

Extremely rare wavy George III mourning band for Jane Lorance 6th March 1762 aged 84.

I have come across very few wavy bands in 26 years of dealing , it seemed to be the shortest lived style of them all but I find it the most charming being like a ribbon across the finger.

18 ct gold, enamel very crisp,one small area of loss.
