Rose Diamond Girandole

Delightful Rococo period rose-diamond silver and gold girandole pendant c.1740.

I have collected c18th girandoles for many years and the designs are subtly varied, this is particularly delicate and whimsical, the central bow section being formed of continuous scrolls set with diamonds. The peardrops along with the top have a little decorative fan detail. Converted at some point from a single earring.
